Now that Pelican the Platypus has joined the Schmitty's Toons! flock, Master Sazuke can't decide which duck-billed creature to torture. I remember creating this short right after the 2002 Academy Awards where "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" was a huge hit, hence the title.
